Reality star Kate Gosselin has returned to TLC with her hit reality show Kate Plus 8. The new show will feature extended footage from the family's Australia and New Zealand vacation in January. The family had some fun feeding elephants on their trip. As Kate said, she had never stood that close to an elephant and was fascinated by the way they roll their trunks up to feed.
They also visited with Bindi and Terri Irwin, and Kate had the opportunity to swim with sharks. Other adventures that the family enjoyed included meeting with aborigines to learn about dancing, didgeridoos and boomerangs in Australia. Despite their documented disaster during a camping trip that was featured on Sarah Palin's Alasak, the family also decided to give camping another shot down under.
